Terris Poole of Vanguard Bots
"When Vanguard Bots first began the majority of my projects were purely in the digital & 2D space. It wasn't until I got a call from [Nikki Duong Koenig] about doing a Cykochik Artist Series collaboration that I began to think about how I could apply the characters and brand to products in the real world. The final result had a sculptural quality to it almost like you're carrying around a robot character which I think is pretty dope."
Vanguard Bots is the Brooklyn based design studio founded by Terris Poole. He attended Pratt Institute and graduated with a B.F.A. in Communications Design. He currently works at Paltalk as a user experience and interface design lead. He also continues to run Vanguard Bots which has completed projects for clients such as The Blue Man Group, Milk Studios, Public School NYC, 3qtr Management, and Airwalk.
