What do you absolutely love about your Cykochik bags?
I love the design and the soft texture of the vegan leather. The custom design that Nikki created truly captures the essence of my company, Vegan Noms, and the size of the tote is perfect for everything I do on a daily basis. It holds my essentials and it's extremely durable.
Do you have anything exciting/fun planned?
Vegan Noms cookie dough in 3 flavors will be in all 9 Central Market stores across Texas by mid May 2016. I am also working on setting up baking classes on Sundays where people can come learn a Vegan Noms recipe, participate in the different stations of mixing ingredients, and take home a few treats they have created. Someday, hopefully soon, I hope to write a narrative cookbook to share my recipes and tell some of the tales of a food truck life. This is why I keep my journal with me, to jot down notes... Stay tuned!
